Bilingual Sales Consultant

The Bilingual Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in engaging with customers to build relationships, understand their vehicle preferences, and guide them in selecting the right model, all while ensuring a premium purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the sales and purchasing journey.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up before and after the sale.
- Deliver quality product presentations and demonstrations.
- Maintain a daily follow-up task list for customer interactions.
- Assist in managing inventory levels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize basic computer skills for various tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory, depending on other relevant experience.
- A strong desire to learn and develop within a retail environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Possession of a valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in grammar.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
