Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Lawyer Personnel to join our San Francisco office, responsible for managing the lawyer lifecycle and collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of lawyers, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Collaborate with the legal recruiting team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate summer associate programs, including event planning and integration into the office.
  • Work closely with the Legal Personnel team to monitor associate performance and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

Estimated Annual Salary: $170,000 - $250,000
