We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Strategic Recruitment Solutions. As an integral part of our HR department, you will play a key role in supporting our client's dynamic work environment and helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee record management, and benefits administration.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking, and preparing job postings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline HR procedures and enhance employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR support role.
  • General knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
