Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers throughout the loaner vehicle process and address any concerns that may arise.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and that customers fully understand our policies and agreements.
  • Support Service Advisors by providing customers with timely updates regarding their vehicles.
  • Prepare and manage rental agreements, ensuring accurate customer and vehicle details.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system and assist in scheduling service appointments.
  • Initiate insurance claims for damages to rental vehicles and collect deductibles as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in required spreadsheets and software.
  • Follow up with customers via phone and text regarding completed services and appointment confirmations.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, demonstrating essential functions before customers depart.
  • Perform vehicle check-ins with customers, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next rental.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Department to manage fuel and maintenance needs for rental units.
  • Process warranty payouts for vehicles in accordance with established protocols.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

  • A collaborative team player eager to learn our processes and business requirements.
  • Must possess strong communication and time management skills and be open to coaching.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, along with a minimum age of 21 or three years of driving experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
