Senior Maintenance Technician

Stoa Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all aspects of the community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and manage service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with the community.
  • Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
  • Reliable and consistent form of daily transportation to and from work, including after-hours for emergencies.
  • Computer proficiency and frequent everyday use of a Smartphone.
Preferred Experience:
  • HVAC experience and EPA Certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
