Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, repair and maintain equipment, and ensure the overall quality of our community.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our residents by being responsive to their needs, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our property management team to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard, and that our community meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
- Transportation: Reliable and consistent form of daily transportation to and from work, including after-hours for emergencies.
- Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency and frequent everyday use of a Smartphone.
- HVAC Experience: HVAC experience and EPA Certification.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
