Account Executive, Client Leadership Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Client Leadership team at Dentsu. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in daily internal and client communication, ensuring that creative assets and project status are aligned with client objectives and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to creative teams to ensure creative output aligns with client objectives and performance metrics.
- Review creative deliverables for quality, brand consistency, and performance optimization opportunities.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of creative assets across various digital platforms.
- Partner with media and strategy to understand and report on key metrics, including CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Support the identification of opportunities for creative optimization based on data insights and testing results.
- Manage projects independently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience.
- 1+ years of creative agency experience.
- Experience balancing multiple projects and resolving routine issues.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and how creative assets perform across these platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance marketing, data analysis, and optimizing creative for performance.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms and the role of creative assets in ad performance.
