About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist Leader to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading talent development for the Account Specialist population, driving individual goal achievement, and ensuring effective alignment with our Leadership Model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Account Specialist population, including training and development, identifying efforts to standardize work, and managing capacity across the team.
  • Collaborate with regional and national Account Specialist leadership to achieve shared goals.
  • Support initiatives with Account Executive leaders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor clients' satisfaction, including both internal and external clients, and suggest changes in Account Specialist assignments and service teams as needed.
  • Work with CSDL and Account Executive leader on succession planning for key clients, recruiting, and talent pipeline management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing tasks, communicating effectively, and motivating others to achieve shared goals.
  • Valid Property and Casualty License and insurance experience.
  • Recent management experience with direct reports.
  • Strong desire to lead a team and work alongside local colleagues and regional/national leadership.
  • Experience with recruiting and managing talent pipeline, collecting meaningful feedback, and monitoring clients' satisfaction.
