Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medicare Sales Agent to join our vibrant call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for selling Medicare insurance plans to potential clients, providing expert guidance, and ensuring customers make informed decisions about their healthcare options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Engage with inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective Medicare customers.
    • Deliver in-depth information about Medicare products and services, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Medicare plans.
    • Follow up with potential customers to address questions and provide additional information.
  • Consultation and Guidance:
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand each customer's specific requirements.
    • Clearly explain plan benefits, coverage options, and enrollment processes.
    • Assist customers in the enrollment process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Compliance and Regulations:
    • Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding Medicare sales and marketing.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance requirements.
    • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in an ethical and compliant manner.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately record and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
    • Track and report sales metrics and performance to management.
    • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
    • Share best practices and insights to improve overall team performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call/contact center with Medicare product sales focus.
  • Active Texas Health and Life Insurance License.
  • Released from all Medicare contracting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
