Position Overview:
The Operations Manager is dedicated to overseeing the assigned facility's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the assigned facility or department.
- Address local business challenges, including customer inquiries, employee concerns, and facility-related issues.
- Oversee the recruitment and training processes for direct reports, including conducting interviews, completing performance evaluations, and setting professional development objectives.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of technicians; assess performance quality and develop training initiatives for direct reports.
- Ensure team motivation and productivity.
- Recommend actions regarding promotions, transfers, hiring, or termination of staff members.
- Organize the work schedules of the local team and coordinate larger job schedules with other managers.

- Utilize industry expertise to present technical and practical solutions to both internal and external clients; prepare and evaluate quotes; conduct job site inspections as necessary; review test results; and audit work for quality assurance.

Client Relationship Management:
- Foster and sustain relationships with internal and external clients, as well as vendors, while maintaining a highly customer-centric communication style.
- Review projects to guarantee they meet or surpass profitability targets.
- Collaborate with management to ensure the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
- Prepare various reports as required.
- Partner with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to establish effective safety records and practices to mitigate potential risks to the company.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to address business needs.
- All actions and decisions must comply with regulatory laws.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices; follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NETA, NEC, OSHA, and NFPA.
- Comprehensive understanding of heavy industrial, utility, large commercial, and renewable energy sectors, with the ability to troubleshoot complex business challenges.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to electrical safety protocols.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong focus on accuracy and operational efficiencies.
- Valid driver's license required for positions involving company vehicles.
