We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Park Lane. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents during meal times, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, responding promptly to their requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless and efficient dining services.
  • Have a thorough understanding of our menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to effectively assist residents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards is essential.
  • A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
