Job Title: Senior SailPoint Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Architect to join our team at RedMatter Solutions. As a key member of our Identity Governance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive identity management solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver account management and identity synchronization solutions to our growing customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective documentation and analysis of requirements, solution design, development, testing, and production deployment.
  • Design and implement identity management solutions using best practices and proven methods.
  • Install, configure, and customize SailPoint Identity IQ in alignment with defined business and technical requirements on an Azure environment.
  • Provide additional support to Tier III engineering and contribute to roadmap development to advance the IGA team.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in deploying and managing SailPoint Identity IQ with a demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies.
  • Subject matter expert for core SailPoint IGA capabilities: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Identity Governance, and Access Certification.
  • Development experience in Java, REST/SOAP API, and a variety of other integration methods.
  • Strong scripting knowledge and experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, and MySQL.
  • Advanced skillset in collaboration and leadership, with strong familiarity with security issues surrounding Identity Access Management.
Nice to Have:
  • CyberArk/PAM integration knowledge and Azure DevOps expertise.
  • Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) knowledge and Linux/RedHat experience.
