Job Summary

MedFirst Primary & Urgent Care is seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, working closely with physicians and nursing professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient interviews to gather case histories and document relevant information.
  • Verify patient reasons for visit and accurately update health records.
  • Assist patients with initial paperwork and ensure accurate completion of forms.
  • Measure and record patient vital signs, administer injections, and perform other clinical tasks as directed.
  • Communicate test results to patients and provide clear explanations of medical procedures.
  • Maintain patient exam rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Order and manage clinical supplies, office supplies, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant certification required.
  • Up to 1 year or more of prior clinical experience.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • Knowledge of basic/intermediate level medical procedures.
