Join Our Team as a Nurse in Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse with DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis program, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred, but not required
