Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis services.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and laboratory results, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on dialysis or nephrology nursing.
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
