We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an outpatient dialysis setting, where you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
