Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Organize charts and verify insurance
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail-oriented
