Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Commissioning Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As an HVAC Commissioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of HVAC systems in various construction projects. Your technical expertise and project management skills will ensure that all HVAC systems are installed and functioning correctly, meeting the specific requirements of each project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the commissioning of HVAC systems in various construction projects.
  • Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed correctly and are functioning properly.
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure that all HVAC requirements are met.
  • Review and approve HVAC designs and plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the commissioning process.
  • Ensure that all HVAC systems meet the necessary safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the construction team.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • A basic understanding of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including AHU, FCU, VRF, VAV, Chillers, startup, and HVAC commissioning.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation and commissioning.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all HVAC systems meet the necessary standards.
  • Good computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • A valid driver's license, as some travel may be required.
