Audi Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Audi Charlotte. As a family-owned and operated dealership, we pride ourselves on providing a unique and personalized experience for our customers and employees alike.

- Work with customers from initial contact to delivery of the vehicle
- Accompany customers on test drives and provide pricing and finance options
- Provide an excellent customer experience for the prestigious Audi brand
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend sales meetings and trainings
- Utilize CRM for interpersonal follow-up and prospecting
- Auto sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, highly competent, and enjoy helping people decide on the best vehicle for their needs
- Maintain CSI in line with dealership and Audi standards
- Valid in-state driver's license and good driving record
- Professional presentation and communication manner
- Sales experience in any industry preferred
- Self-motivated; dependable job attendance
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Pass pre-employment requirements, including MVR, drug screen, and background check
