Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design and deployment of systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Work in collaboration with diverse teams to establish system requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Create and sustain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational guidelines.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, coordinating with appropriate teams as needed.
  • Conduct system capacity planning and optimization to ensure performance aligns with or surpasses Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish and uphold system security protocols, encompassing intrusion detection, access controls, and incident management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a comparable position.
  • In-depth understanding of system design principles, particularly scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a group setting.
