Sika is a global leader in the development and production of systems and products for commercial and residential construction, as well as the transportation, marine, automotive, and renewable energy manufacturing industries.

The Product Manager for our Buildings & Parking business will be responsible for product management and marketing of Wall Coatings and Joint Sealants Products and Application Fields within the Commercial Construction Division.

This role involves creating, maintaining, growing, and managing a Product Range that drives profitable and sustainable growth for Sika in its target markets.

The Product Manager will lead demand creation in the market through all marketing channels-sales teams, social media, webinars, sales tools, and training programs.

Key responsibilities include project management for all innovation projects, conducting market research and analysis, developing comprehensive Strategic Plans, and ensuring the accuracy of all product literature.

The Product Manager will also be responsible for resolving product claims promptly and ensuring compliance with standard procedures.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field of study and 5 years of experience in a Technical Marketing or Sales role.
