Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual production process of NYSERDA's Strategic Outlook publication
  • Contribute to the development of center of excellence initiatives within NYSERDA, such as development of a training curriculum and best practice standards for new policy and analysis centers of excellence
  • Monitor and help NYSERDA leadership stay abreast of strategic trends in the energy and climate space, including with respect to federal and state government activities
  • Carry out reviews of the scope of NYSERDA's strategies, programs, and initiatives in comparison with the State's overall goals to identify gaps in, or opportunities for reprioritization/reform of NYSERDA's activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic policies and programs or other special projects and initiatives at NYSERDA, including in the form of project management, policy options assessment, and underpinning analysis
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed, including supporting the work of the Chief of Staff and other support to be provided to the President & CEO and wider Executive team
Requirements
