Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Primary Care Physician to manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute, chronic, and well visits, and be comfortable treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting tele-health visits.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct tele-health visits
- Conduct continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Colorado, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Competitive salary range: $236,000 to $250,000 based on a full-time schedule
