Primary Care Physician

About the Position:
We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our established clinic at Highlands Family Medicine. As a member of our team, you will provide full-spectrum primary care to our patients, developing and documenting a plan of care for each patient, including a complete medical history, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment, and hospital visitations when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document a plan of care for each patient
- Provide full-spectrum primary care
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state health information privacy laws
- Record complete, timely, and legible medical records
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency trained in internal or family medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
