Primary Care Physician Assistant

At Integrity Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient experiences, working closely with our medical team to ensure seamless care coordination, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management
* Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic tests as needed
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with our care team to ensure timely and effective care coordination
**Requirements:**
* Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* 2+ years of experience in primary care or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
