Job Overview

The Air Production and Service Inc is seeking a skilled High-Tonnage Hydraulic Systems Specialist to join their team. This role requires an individual who can troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of high-tonnage jack systems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine preventative maintenance on hydraulic equipment, adhering to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with malfunctioning high-tonnage jack systems, determine possible causes, and implement repairs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer needs, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision, possess working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Education and Training: Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office products, and able to learn and utilize service software.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Work Environment: Able to work outside in all weather conditions, wear protective equipment, and lift up to 75 pounds.
