Join the Woods Agency Team as a Business Development Sales Consultant
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Sales Consultant to join our team. As an independent insurance sales agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products, including mortgage protection, final expense, annuities, and other proprietary product lines with billion-dollar A-rated carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized service and support.
- Work closely with our internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our sales processes and increase revenue.
Compensation:
You will earn 100% commission, with no cap on income potential PLUS bonuses and carrier-paid trip incentives. The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your performance and experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
