Job DescriptionThis is a sales position that requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. As an Infiniti Sales Associate, you will:
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills by assisting customers in selecting a vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
To succeed in this role, you must be available to work flexible hours and weekends. You should also possess a self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit. Additionally, you must have phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members, a professional and well-groomed personal appearance, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license. Training will be provided.
Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year-
