Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team as a Business Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of energy, motivation, and results-driven attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model
- Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
