Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for scheduling and coordinating all recruiting functions. This includes being the main point of contact for candidates and stakeholders during the application and interview process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the interview and pre-employment processes.
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, and send welcome emails to candidates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interviews and scheduling conflicts for hiring managers.
- Coordinate travel needs and logistics for external onsite interviews.
- Coordinate internal and external applicant interviews.
- Develop relationships through effective communication skills, executing commitments, and follow-through with hiring managers, candidates, internal support partners, and HR organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to fair recruitment practices, including OFCCP, EEO, and ADA.
- Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, customer service, hospitality, or a related field required.
- Experience in a high-volume customer and/or candidate environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage workload/priorities as appropriate.
- Verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities.
This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States, directly for an employer, without sponsorship now or anytime in the future. This client is a US Federal Government contractor and is legally required to hire US Citizens. US Citizens will only be considered for this role.
