Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description · Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout interview and preemployment processes. This can include scheduling interviews/phone screens, welcome emails to candidates, and resolving all issues of interviews for candidates and scheduling conflicts for hiring managers. · Coordinate travel needs and logistics for external onsite interviews. · Coordinate internal and external applicant interviews. · Responsible for the development of relationships through effective communication skills, executing on commitments, and follow-through with hiring managers, candidates, internal support partners, and the HR organization. · Avoid legal challenges by understanding and enforcing regulations related to fair recruitment practices (Complies with all federal, state, and company policies and procedures such as OFCCP, EEO, ADA). · Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and perform other job duties as assigned. Hard Skills Recruiting Coordination Scheduling Interviews Onboarding 2+ years human resources, customer service, hospitality or relative experience required. Experience in a high-volume customer and/or candidate environment preferred Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Cockeysville, Maryland and some days remote.
