Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the dietary department, implementing action plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Monitor nutritional evaluation and treatment, ensuring quality and cost-effective services
  • Oversee the dietary office at multiple facilities, managing operational budgets and expenses
  • Ensure department compliance with regulatory, legislative, and technical issues related to clinical nutrition practice
  • Build effective relationships with management colleagues and Administration to achieve strategic goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with coursework accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE)
  • Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensure as a Dietitian with the State of Florida
  • Five years of related experience, including two years of leadership experience
