Clinical Nutrition Manager

The Clinical Nutrition Manager is responsible for the delivery of clinical nutrition services at Orlando Health. This role leads the department and facilitates the implementation of action plans to achieve strategic objectives. The manager monitors nutritional evaluation and treatment within professional standards to ensure quality and cost-effective services. The role oversees the dietary office at multiple facilities and ensures compliance with regulatory, legislative, and technical issues related to clinical nutrition practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage operational budgets
* Monitor expense trends to ensure performance standards are met
* Ensure departmental compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
* Build effective relationships with management colleagues and administration
* Participate in corporate and divisional meetings
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Nutrition or related field
* Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
* Coursework accredited or approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE)
