Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Imperial Industries Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing team in creating and implementing digital and video editing marketing initiatives.
  • Design and create graphics for digital and print media.
  • Develop and manage marketing calendars and schedules for all media outlets.
  • Collaborate with peers to develop and execute plans for all marketing channels and events.
  • Work with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to produce high-quality assets.
  • Develop and optimize copy for digital and print platforms.
  • Improve the user experience on the company website.
  • Ensure creative marketing materials meet brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on company product updates and implement changes accordingly.
  • Meet project deadlines and inform stakeholders of project status and updates.
  • Collaborate with external partners to create and execute deliverables.
  • Use CRM data to automate, measure, and deploy marketing initiatives.
  • Use analytics reporting to deliver insights to management and drive business responses.
  • Manage the marketing budget and invoices.
  • Assist with event planning for national sales meetings, trade shows, and on-site visits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Some travel required (5-10%).
