Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at beBee Professionals in the United States. In this role, you will assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, which is reflective of the cost of living in Santa Maria. This figure takes into account the requirements for the position, including a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP license in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, and communication disorders, utilizing your expertise in assessment and treatment planning.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve communication skills, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with colleagues.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A current SLP license in the United States, demonstrating your commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and communicate with patients.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients, showcasing your adaptability and versatility as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, indicating your dedication to professional growth and development.
