Job Title: Implementation Analyst

Job Summary:

The Implementation Analyst will play a critical role in supporting clients' successful implementation of Savana's software. This position requires a strong understanding of software development, business processes, and technical expertise to configure the system to meet clients' specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Savana's software and its applications from a functional and technical perspective.
  • Configure the system to meet clients' exact specifications, providing expert guidance on system settings and decision-making.
  • Work with clients to document requirements for new features, integrations, or complex IT changes, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Troubleshoot client-reported issues in a timely manner, communicating clearly and effectively to resolve issues and manage client expectations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of Savana's software, focusing on financial effectiveness and project management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting customer software implementations and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in latest OS, Microsoft Office products, Defect Tracking Tools, and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% monthly and work effectively in a team setting.

Education and Certifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT is preferred; comparable work experience may be considered.
