  • Training Program Development
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our internal customers.

    • Provide guidance and support to internal customers on training-related matters.
    • Assist in the development of training programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Training Evaluation and Improvement
    • Develop and implement a process for measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Evaluate feedback from employees and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitation and Communication
    • Moderate groups of individuals using effective facilitation skills.
    • Communicate with supervisors and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Staff/Training Development, Organizational Development, or Communications.
    • Two years of progressive responsibility in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to analyze data and create complex documents.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this position require the ability to sit for extended periods, use repetitive hand movement to type and grasp, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
