Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure that projects meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop contingency plans to address these risks.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that projects meet the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • PMP or other recognized project management certification, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
