FootBridge is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction management company, you will work with government clients, including the US Army Corp of Engineers, Veteran's Administration, USDA, GSA, Air Force, and National Parks, on a wide range of projects in the Mid-West region.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in construction project management and estimating for multi-trade projects.
  • Previous experience working on federal government construction projects is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook.
  • USACE CQC and 30 hour OSHA certification, preferred.
  • Experience with project estimates.
  • Limited travel to the Mid-West region.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project completion within established goals for quality, safety, timeliness, budget, and profitability.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and management regarding project progress.
  • Monitor project progress to verify individual assignments are completed correctly and in accordance with legal obligations and the project schedule.
  • Serve as a point of authority for all project team members, including site superintendents, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Review and approve all job costs for payment.
  • Communicate with clients regarding invoice status to ensure timely payments to the project team.
  • Adhere to FootBridge's Quality and Environmental Health & Safety Programs.
  • Project size range from $250K to $5MM.
