We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our Federal Sector team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

### Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and evaluating projects.
* Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and compliance with all construction regulations.
* Coordinate with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or similar federal agencies as required.
* Prepare and present project progress reports to various stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

### Qualifications

* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
* Extensive experience working with federal government entities and familiarity with their guidelines and regulations.
* Extensive experience in ground-up construction projects.
* Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and legal requirements.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
