Your Responsibilities

  1. DEPARTMENT OVERSIGHT: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
  2. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve goals and objectives.
  3. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Manage the financial aspects of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  4. STAFF DEVELOPMENT: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving goals and objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and analysis.
