Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations and personnel at the DEA Protective Security Services site in El Paso, TX. This role requires enforcing regulations and procedures to prevent security breaches, exercising judgment and discretion in responding to incidents and emergencies, and performing guard duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Security Guards and security operations
  • Enforce regulations and procedures to prevent security breaches
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in responding to incidents and emergencies
  • Perform guard duties, including working beyond 8 hours per day and rotating shifts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • US citizenship and SECRET clearance
  • Level III commissioned security officer certification
  • Basic DHS/FPS SGIM/SMART Book Training course completion
  • Associates degree or three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently

Working Conditions:

The Site Supervisor will work in a field environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions. The position requires the ability to work 10+ hours per day and rotate shifts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Site Supervisor will supervise Security Guards and be responsible for their performance and development.

Additional Qualifying Factors:

Candidates must have acceptable reference and background check results and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Some travel may be required.
