About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Convention Sales Manager to join our team at South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate revenue, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and event planners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and events are executed successfully.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, event management, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive commission structure, health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for career advancement.
