Job Summary

ANSER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our Corporate office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, registering conference attendees, and answering and routing incoming calls to the corporate switchboard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to employees and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Manage the Corporate Reception Desk: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
  • Answer and Route Calls: Answer and route incoming calls to the corporate switchboard, ensuring that all calls are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate Conference Center Activities: Monitor the Conference Center calendar and assist employees with reservations, ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Verify Clearance Status: Use Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to verify the clearance level of attendees, ensuring that all necessary security protocols are followed.
  • Prepare for Quarterly Board Meetings: Assist with preparations for quarterly board meetings, including coordinating catering and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Stock Office Supplies: Maintain a well-stocked office, including supplies and kitchen essentials.
  • Assist with Corporate Events: Assist with planning and coordinating internal corporate events, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • General Office Experience: A minimum of 2 years of general office experience is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Priorities: The ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines regularly is critical for this position.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service: Strong quality control, customer service, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Secret Clearance: The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is required.
