The Receptionist is Amazon's face and voice to its clients and their guests. In this role, you will provide 5-star customer service and have an obsession for customer satisfaction. As ourSenior Receptionist, you have a firm grasp on what it takes to assist with a variety of administrative activities and tasks including greeting and checking in guests, distributing badges, providing resources to callers, and assisting with projects and audits. Our receptionists are solution providers and seek to provide a memorable customer centric experience through each interaction; as a Senior Receptionist, you will set this tone. As a Senior, you will be able to staff more complex reception desks independently. Partner with Receptionist on multi-person desks. Participate in or lead special projects as assigned. Manage inventory at desks, if at single-reception desk, and communicate needs to Lead Receptionist. Support Banana Stand and Special Events as needed. Will be responsible for overall operation of the front desk and front office activities to include, but not limited to:? Facilitate the opening and/or closing of service locations. Responsible for building knowledge, and understanding current and future scheduled events/maintenance/and service provider locations. Follow proper procedures to hang and maintain customer posters in all buildings ensuring a presentable environment at all times Work collaboratively across the organization, as well as with Amazon employees and other vendor partners, ensuring the Northwest Center team is always acting as a solutions provider
