Incident Management Specialist

This role is responsible for providing advanced incident management and resolution services to support the success of RTX projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of RTX systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level incident management and resolution services to support RTX projects and programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance incident management and resolution
Requirements
Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Strong background in project management and RTX systems and processes

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $105,000 USD - $221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
