Job Opportunity at Continuum Behavioral Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Continuum Behavioral Health. As a leading provider of pediatric healthcare services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical learning needs assessments and functional assessments to inform treatment planning.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and objectives, to promote positive behavioral change.

  • Write and submit treatment plan reports and interventions to ensure continuity of care.

  • Design and implement data systems to track progress and inform treatment decisions.

  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide direct service to clients, as needed, to support their behavioral health needs.

  • Collaborate with other professionals in the field to ensure comprehensive care and support.

  • Provide parent training and education to empower families to support their child's behavioral health.

  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians/Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support.
