Model Fidelity Supervisor Job Description

Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Model Fidelity Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our ECCP Management Team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the workflow associated with our daily ECCP program operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 10-15 ECCP Consultants, providing guidance on Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC), ECCP model fidelity, and administrative supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with ECCP Consultants Home Agency Supervisor to support professional development and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement workforce development activities for ECCP Consultants and outside providers.
  • Represent Advanced Behavioral Health and its services in a professional and positive manner, adhering to our best practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in a field related to Mental Health.
  • Clinical License required.
  • At least 35 years of postgraduate work experience with children in the behavioral health and early education fields, preferably working in the field of early childhood mental health consultation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices involved in delivering individual child and classroom-focused early childhood mental health services.
  • 13 years of work experience in the supervision of staff for effective and efficient service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within an evidence-based service delivery model.
  • Experience with community engagement and in facilitating effective partnerships across disciplines.
  • Bilingual candidate preferred.
