Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, ensuring process stability and participating in DMS meetings at the shift and line level.
  • Own technology and process centerline settings, with deep technical mastery of equipment and process, and own PM systems and work processes, including PM Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, building capability of the team to execute themselves, and building technical and maintenance skills of technicians.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks, and be responsible for Change Management, localization of spares, and R&M cost reduction.
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums, and assist in VSU for new initiatives and enable the VSU team.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including execution of AM & PM standards and TPM tools problem solving.
  • Capability to lead a Role for the Line, qualifying and coaching the next level SWP owners, and driving common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach.
  • Capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, and coaching team members on performance management and career development.
Education/Certifications:
  • Engineer Bachelor degree (Required).
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Proactive optimization of cost-effective maintenance & reliability in support of lean manufacturing principles and business deliverables, and providing technical training opportunities for all associates.
  • Proactively evaluates and leads refinement of overall equipment reliability plans, strategies, equipment performance, and root cause analysis effectiveness.
  • Ensures all employees under direction clearly understand all safety rules and regulations, and work performance is in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct supervision of engineering/maintenance/production staff in a manufacturing environment (Required).
  • Experience working with Union employees (Required).
Schedule:
  • 4 days work, 3 days off, 12-hour shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm and vice versa, with 1 employee morning shift and 1 employee night shift.
Salary Range:
  • $85,000 to $136,000 yearly.
