Job Opportunity: Hillel International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Associate Vice President, Campus Antisemitism Solutions. This role is a critical part of our organization's efforts to combat antisemitism and foster a positive campus climate.

About the Position: The Associate Vice President, Campus Antisemitism Solutions will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing Hillel International's new Campus Impact Advisors program. This program will place Advisors as strategic partners to Hillel Executive Directors and staff on high-need campuses where students and faculty are navigating and working to combat complex and pervasive challenges of antisemitism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the strategy, design, development, and oversight of the Campus Impact Advisors program.
  • Revise and iterate program structure and content based on feedback, metrics, and evolving campus needs.
  • Serve as a critical partner and intermediary between Hillel International, campus Hillel staff and students, community stakeholders, and university partners to build trust, gain consensus, and make a tangible positive impact.
  • Work closely with internal leadership to deliver on our commitment to program funders by providing timely progress updates, relevant data and insights, and stewardship.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of substantial experience in political, media, and/or community organizing, with a preference for work in those domains within the Jewish communal context. This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial and creative leader with a deep understanding of the players, resources, and dynamics in the higher education landscape, particularly regarding antisemitism. The AVP will bring vision and strategy, creativity and collaboration skills, and ability to execute quickly and effectively within a dynamic and evolving organization.

What We Offer: Hillel International offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, Life, AD&D and Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurances, Flexible Spending accounts, generous vacation/sick time, and parental leave. This role may require travel opportunities, both domestically and internationally, multiple times per year. The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
